I met Ash back in 2005 when I joined Alliance Surface Finishing in Mississauga, Ontario as a Quality Manager. Since the company was not registered to ISO 9001 standard at that time, we established a team which goal was to develop and implement QMS as per standard requirements and to achieve ISO 9001 certification in the next six months, Ash was an essential team member.

He was enthusiastic and eager to contribute to team success, motivated to learn, grow, and excel with a company. As Quality Control Technician he was aware of his responsibilities and commitment to deliver on time, keeping operation in compliance with strong customers’, regulatory and ISO 9001 requirements. He was a great team worker, possesses a great work ethic and showed rare leadership qualities.

As an internal audit team member, he was forward thinking with great understanding of auditing procedures and methodologies.
