Ash is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional with exceptional work ethic. He was hired to work with employees at all levels in the organization to improve Quality Management System at our Regina branch. His leadership, knowledge, attention to details was instrumental in improving our Quality Management System, manufacturing process and products. Under his leadership our Internal Audit process was significantly improved, and our External Audits went smoothly in all areas. Ash has great values that it is very hard to find, but based on working with Ash for a few years and knowing him for last 10 years I can say that he is collaborative, accountable, respectful and engage in everything he is doing.
As a fast learner there is no tasks that are too difficult for him, and he is always eager to learn. Over the years he gained a lot of experience in setting up Quality Management Systems and successfully maintaining them.
