I have had the pleasure of knowing Ash since 2005 where I first promoted him into the role of Quality technician. Since then, we went on our separate ways however Ash has kept to his true passion of developing and ensuring adherence to best practices around quality assurance. Due to the various requirements of his roles around ISO certification he has become an expert in the field of ISO certification and adherence to the standards. I think that one of the greatest aspects of his approach is ensuring there is the right balance between meeting both the needs of the business as well as the requirements from and ISO perspective.
